How do I
order?: First of
all, please read the entire FAQ to answer
some of your questions. Then contact us
(link on the "Contact" page) by
email with a full description of the
items you would like a quote on. Be as
detailed as possible. Attach any designs
or referance pics to your email. Tell us
how you would like to pay and we'll send
you a price quote and payment details.
Can I
pay you when the order is complete?:
All orders are paid in
advance. We do not
enter an order into our system until the
payment is made in full.
C.O.D. is not accepted. Billing of any
type is not accepted.
Payment
Options: We
accept Cashiers Checks/Money
Orders/Credit Cards/PayPal.
Wire-Transfers are also available. Credit
Cards/Paypal payments can be made by
visiting www.paypal.com . When
paying by Credit Cards/Paypal, you MUST
contact us first,
to confirm the correct total and details.
Do
you take checks?: We're
sorry, but at this time we do not accept
personal checks. However, "Cashiers
Checks" are accepted.
Do
you accept cash payments?: We DO
NOT accept cash payments through the
mail. We have implemented this policy to
protect the funds of the customer, as
cash is not easily traced if lost in the
mail. However, we do accept Western Union
transfers, if this would be more
convenient for you. WARNING: If you send
a cash payment through the mail, you are
taking a huge risk with your finances. We
are not responsible for lost payments.
Where
do I send payment?: When
paying by cashiers check/money order,
please make payment to:

Please fill in all information on the
money order. We also advise
"Delivery Confirmation" when
sending through the US postal service.
We are not responsible for lost payments.
How
do I use PayPal: If you
are paying by credit card/PayPal, please
notify us first, at info@empirewear.com, and we
will provide you with detailed
instructions.

Note: If you are paying via e-check,
through PayPal, the funds must clear your
account before the order is placed into
our system.

days. If it has been over 30 days since
