How
long will it take: Please
inquire about estimated completion time
when you contact us about your outfit. Please
note that these are ESTIMATES only. Also,
the estimate will begin when the payment
for the order is received, and NOT from
the date of first contact. The estimate
will vary from week to week - Therefore,
the opportune time to inquire about this
estimate is just before placing your
order.
Due
to the high demand of Empire Wear
outfits, we are experiencing heavy
customer traffic/orders. Please note that
our turnaround time is based on the
amount of current orders and NOT on the
amount of time it takes to create an
individual order. All
rush orders take priority over all
regular orders,
therefore, normal orders can be delayed
in the event that we recieve additional
rush orders even after your order is
placed. Be assured that we will promply
ship your order when it is complete, so
you will recieve your gear in a timely
fashion.
By
placing an order for custom gear, you are
agreeing to have items made to your
individual specifications. There may be
times when material backorders, delays in
delivery times, machine downtimes and
repair, customs delays, as well as other
factors can delay your order, and it is
your responsibility to make other
arrangements for gear, in these
circumstances. You will not get a refund
for a custom order.
Can
I get a rush order: In some
cases, yes. Rush orders are accepted on a
limited basis, when available. Rush
orders (for an additional fee, per item)
asure you that your order is at the top
of the list.

What
is my order status: At this
time, we can not give daily/weekly
updates about individual order status.
"How far along is my outfit"
cannot be answered until the final days
before shipping your items. Most orders
take less than 3 days to complete, but
the wait times are based on the other
orders in our system. Generally, if we
have received your payment, "Your
order is being processed" will be
the status until the final week of
completion time.
******We are
VERY busy and do not wish to slow down
the process by answering order status
questions. Therefore, if your payment has
been recieved and you know the date of
receipt, as well as your estimated
completion time, please contact us the
WEEK BEFORE completion time ONLY, in
order to get an update on shipping time
for your package.
