Returns, Refunds, &
Referrals Wrong
Measurements: We are
not responsible for poor fit, due to
incorrect measurements provided. We have
taken every step possible to insure that
you take the correct measurements, as
explained on our Measurements page.
You might notice that we require more
measurements than most outfitters - This
is to provide you with the very best fit
possible. Slight adjustments will be made
to your items according to the properties
of your fabric choice. If you follow the
instructions provided on our measurements
page, there should be no problems.
Return
Policy: Returns
are handled on an individual basis.
Orders can only be returned within 10
days of shipping (buyer pays shipping).
The order must be in new, unused,
condition. Before returning an item,
inspect the item carefully and contact us
with the problem FIRST. If we find that
their is a defect due to workmanship (A
scanned photo of the defect will speed up
this process), we'll promply repair the
item and return it to you.
Refund
Policy: In-Stock
Gear can be refunded if returned within
10 days of delivery (buyer pays
shipping). The item(s) must be in new,
unused, condition. Please allow an
additional 10 days after we recieve the
package to inspect for damages and refund
the price of the item. A 10% restocking
fee may be charged for refunded items.
Custom
gear orders are not refundable. Custom
orders can not be cancelled or refunded
for any reason.
